Shipping Policy:

• For international orders, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.
• Estimated delivery times will vary based on the shipping method chosen and the location of the recipient.  Fast shipping typically takes about 5-7 working days and standard shipping about 21 working days.

• We cannot be responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and we recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking and insurance.

Returns and Exchanges:

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Returns must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and documentation included.
• Custom or bespoke items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us to request a return authorization number.
• We will process your return or exchange as soon as we receive the item back, and we will notify you via email once the process is complete.
• We are not responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance.
• If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
